Discover a range of injection moulding design and materials on stand G58

06 September 2016

Rutland Plastics experts will be on hand to offer advice on injection moulding design and materials on stand G58 at the Engineering Design Show.

On its stand will be a selection of injection moulded parts in a variety of thermoplastics together with examples of multi-material parts made on its Stratasys Connex 3D printer. These rapid prototypes are as close as you can get to a finished product. Rutland Plastics’ rapid prototyping service is not only used to support part development but is also offered as a bureau service to design engineers.

A new service being offered by the company is 3D printed jigs for assembly and QC purposes. These offer significant cost and time savings over their traditionally manufactured equivalents and there will be examples available on the stand for visitors to see the potential for themselves.

Visitors to the stand (G58) will also have the opportunity to enter a free draw to win a drone complete with camera.
