The Engineering Design Shows Continue to Grow

04 November 2015

Now in their fourth year, the Engineering, Electronics and Embedded Design Shows 2015, were the most successful yet. Running from 21-22 Oct at the Jaguar Exhibition Halls, Coventry, the shows brought together more than 4000 design engineering professionals to the showcase of British innovation.

This exciting two day event played host to 23 thought-provoking conference sessions including presentations from Land Rover BAR, the team aiming to win the Americas Cup for the UK, Williams Advanced Engineering, Rolls Royce, ARM and Hybrid Air Vehicles plus many more. In addition the exhibition housed four workshop theatres open to visitors wanting to learn new skills or take away practical design tips and tricks.

“The 2015 Engineering Design Shows have once again been a huge success; the visitor numbers were up on 2014 and the events housed the greatest number of exhibitors to date, over 80% of which have already confirmed their stand space again for next year. We now have a waiting list for exhibition space at the 2016 event and with the new features and innovations we have planned I am confident the Engineering Design Shows will continue to offer both visitors and exhibitors a fantastically immersive engineering experience,” said Ed Tranter, executive director at Findlay Media and managing director of Mark Allen Exhibitions.

EDS will evolve further in 2016 to keep pace with the needs of the markets it serves. New features and world leading speakers for 2016 will be announced in the near future.

EDS will run at the Jaguar Exhibition Halls, Ricoh Arena, Coventry from 19 – 20 October 2016.
