Engineering Design Show Workshop Programme
The Eureka and New Electronics reader surveys indicated that content addressing
specific topics at the event is important. With this in mind, the Engineering Design
Show will feature two workshop theatres covering up to 24 sessions across the two days.
Each workshop theatre will offer visitors practical and hands-on content in the
form of case study presentations by leading technology experts. This area will be
free for visitors to attend and each workshop session is to be promoted individually,
with a full synopsis of the content and what visitors can expect to learn.
Subject areas for the Workshop Conference are yet to be finalised, but will feature
hands-on, practical demonstrations of the latest mechanical and electronic technologies.
Likely subject areas will include:
- Linear Motion
- Test and Measurement
- Rapid Manufacturing
- Embedded Software Development
- Composites
- Sensors and Signal Conditioning
- Motors
